OUR SECOND VOLUNTEER TEAM VISITS MANIPUR

On 10th August, 2023, our second group of volunteers embarked from Goa to Manipur, traveling through Mizoram. This team, comprised of Mr. John Shilshi, IPS (Retd.), Adv. Caroline Collasso (Trustee), and Ms. Jennifer Pereira (a volunteer), arrived in Mizoram on 11th August, 2023. They brought along 45 Kgs. essential relief supplies including women’s undergarments and organic sanitary pads.

During their stay in Aizawl, Mizoram, they collaborated with the Young Mizo Association, an organization coordinating relief efforts and overseeing temporary camps until families can be resettled. We are sharing some photographs received today. They will be proceeding to the Manipur relief camps from Mizoram.
