RECENTLY A GOAN BJP MLA , SHOWS HIS MATURITY AND COMPASSION TOWARDS THE NGO

30.12.2022. 7Pm IST
Recently a Goan BJP MLA , shows his maturity and compassion towards the NGO & understands the works of the NGO inspite of a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication.
Mr PREMENDRA SHET IS THE BJP MLA FROM MAYEM CONSTITUENCY , North Goa and our NGO was  getting angry with him over an man from his constituency who is admitted  in our shelter Home.
Our anger caused us to use language not fit for an elected representative and we even one day asked the police to get involved.
Today,  our Manger, Mr Sapnesh Salgaonkar & myself,  met the MLA & apologized to him even though he did not make it an issue.
Well 2 years ago Mr PREMENDRA was a panchayat member and there was this goan man who was suffering from  chronic mental disabilities and was a big nuisance in the village to the extent he would be beaten up as he was disturbing the locality .
Mr Premendra as a panchayat member  having concen for the man some how over the phone requested us to rehabilitate the man and we obliged and one day , late evening dropped the man in his car to be rehabilitated.
Since it was Covid period,  we took him in on humanitarian grounds and we were told that his mother is old and they are really poor.
But despite medication, care and rehabilitation efforts, when there is no   improvement in the person after 2 years, we get frustrated and upset.
We called this  ” the panch member ” and asked him to send his family to meet us or we tell the ” panch member ” to take the man home,  etc.
And we are not telling him in peaceful way but we are very upset and aggressive as its a case to us of ” MAN DUMPED to LIVE IN A SHELTER HOME all his life ” which I am totally against.
Incase something happens to this man in our shelter Home and if he has family who is responsible?
These were our concerns and we are upset that the ” panch member ” is not helping us and is not calling us in the way he was calling us 2 years ago before we admitted this man.
Today running an NGO , one needs to be very careful especially where rehabilitation is being provided  free   and when admissions are done by powerful people who can just make things uneasy for the NGO .
Well 7 days ago it dawned on my Manager that the ” panchayat member ” is now the elected MLA of Mayem constituency as we received a request on paper but this time from ” THE MLA OF MAYEM “.
We put things togther and realized that the
” panch member is now MLA “.
I calls his secretary asking for an appointment and told the secretary the status of the misunderstanding.
Usually the Secretary of an MLA acts like he is the MLA .
His Secretary was more humble than the MLA & Said to me ” MLA is not upset with you, we all make mistakes “.
But no appointment was given.
This morning I called the MLA and told him I am coming to meet you for just 5 mins which he agreed.
We spent 45 minutes in his office and till we left his office and after asking the MLA 3 times
' why did he not tell us you are now an MLA ” as we were really angry with him , the MLA just smiled and said nothing to that query .
The MLA is BSC graduate from a very humble background and being educated he is surely aware of the troubles involved by NGOs taking care of poor people with disabilites free of cost .
One thing I can say with guarantee ” what ever the MLA assured help to our problems regarding our poor goans suffering from disabilities especially from rural Goa , he will stand by it and get it addressed that includes raising these issues in the upcoming assembly sessions “.
Very often you see and hear of harassment meted out to NGOs but here in Goa , the communal harmony is so strong which THE MLA OF MAYEM has lived up to  and I feel ashamed of my attitude towards the MLA .
But at times the frustration is so high especially when we don't know whom to contact in case of emergency .
I had to get this uneasiness and feeling away from me that I have behaved unprofessionally with an ELECTED MLA  before we end this year as we need to enter the NEW YEAR with solutions to problems faced in Goa by the poor rural goans suffering from mental disabilities and  no free shelter homes for such poor people suffering from mental disabilities.
At the end of the day, all I can say is that
” Mr. PREMENDRA SHET is a true gentleman 1st and politican 2nd “.
All the above facts can be verified with the MLA.
God bless you all

STREET PROVIDENCE GOA DISTRIBUTES GIFTS TO 100 CHILDREN IN RURAL GOA.

29.12.2022. 6Pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE GOA distributes gifts to 100 children in rural Goa.
Any festive season is always connected to gifts & celebration and for the last 5 years our NGO has been doing just this
” Bringing a Smile on the least Fortunate ” in a little way we can .
We celebrate with our friends in the ladies shelter homes- Ganesh Chaturthi & Christmas festivals and all are given a new gift.
This Christmas we had fun filled afternoon celebration with more than 30 such friends who are homeless and abandoned in 3 of our women shelter homes from North Goa and most are on psychiatric medication.
We have one shelter home in South Goa and their gift is sent to this home.
We also for Christmas send gifts to different children in different Homes across Goa.
This year we identified 100 such goan children in rural Goa – curchorem , quepem, sanguem & canacona through our volunteers :
Mr Akash Pednekar
Mrs Sharon
And they will be giving away these gifts as we did not get time earlier in the week due to other more important priorities in all our shelter homes.
The gift packet for the children contains :
☆ A new school bag
☆ A new hand towel
☆ A new compass box
☆ A tiffin box
☆ Two biscuit packets
☆ And some small items for the girl children
♡♡♡ Thanks to our Trustee,  Mrs Joanita Pinto for planning and arranging the function for the Christmas party for these 30 friends as well as taking trouble to get all the gifts organized and co ordinating with our two volunteers who recommended the children's name to Mrs Pinto.
It's that little JOY which one brings to the poorest of the poor which drives us @ Street Providence.
For me JOY can be summed up as :
J – Jesus
O – others
Y – yourself
One can't buy JOY but you can get JOY in the work you do or financial support towards the  poor , hungry , Homeless, sick, abandoned , old aged, prisoners , widows,  single unwed mothers, orphans, persons with disabilities, HIV & TB suffering people and children.
Our NGO covers all the above and I feel that JOY.
Besides JOY, one gets these poor people BLESSINGS which is more than what I can expect and it comes directly from their hearts .
Attached a few pictures of the celebration of the friends in our women homes  and gifts packed for the children across rural Goa.
Your support through your prayers,  blessings and donations is always welcome
We operate strictly through whatsapp only on 8380097564.
God bless you so much

AS PART OF OUR NGO NEW YEAR RESOLUTION WE ARE GOING TO USE THE MANPOWER AT ALL OUR SHELTER HOMES ACROSS GOA TO PLAY A SMALL PART IN SOLVING AND REDUCING THE GARBAGE ISSUE IN GOA

28.12.22. 6pm IST
We will be entering the New Year very soon.
And as part of our NGO NEW YEAR resolution we are going to use the manpower at all our shelter homes across Goa to play a small part in solving and reducing the GARBAGE issue in Goa.
We have started cleaning major BLACK SPOTS of GARBAGE in North Goa in public areas which is considered as a giving back to Society by these homeless men whom we have rescued earlier.
Attached a link of one such Black Spot☝️
We as a Society have to take care of Mother Earth and we have to be responsible in channelising our extra unwanted stuff to proper channels rather than sending it to the garbage dumps.
Last 3 months I have been visiting many garbage dumps, dumping grounds , garbage zones and have made a study of what is actually dumped here and I observed many things.
Even when cleaning Black Spots we observe the same pattern of things thrown out .
Things like the below listed are usually found in dumps namely   :
☆ Clothes
☆ Shoes
☆ School bags
☆ Utensils
☆ Cutlery & crockery
☆ Sinks and bathroom accessories
Now in many parts of rural Goa and orher rural districts surrounding Goa and may be other states, we all know poverty and poor people do exist.
Can't this be Channelised to these poor people who are our own brothers & sisters?
Why are such things thrown away in garbage dumps, has been my question last 3 months ?
How many think like me is the point I am asking ?
Collecting the above items from you is the only way to reduce the garbage.
But there is a Cost to our NGO ?
Most people want to give away all the above items without considering the cost.
And most of the time people say ” I an giving you very good stuff for the poor “.
Giving it away is one part, getting to the actual poor is another part.
We have planned in the New Year massive drives to collect shoes, sandals. Socks, clothes,  school bags and ladies bags , utensils,  etc.
And all this will be collected ,stored, Segregated , repacked, transported by transport across various districts , re offloaded and redistributed to the poorest of the poor.
There are no drop points so don't ask where to drop please.
We are talking huge numbers like :
☆ 10000 pairs of footwear
☆ 50000 kgs of clothes
☆ 20000 kgs of utensils, cutlery. Crockery etc
☆ 10000 school bags and ladies bags .
All possible, if you just follow the instructions and ready to bear some cost of this mammoth and tedious excise.
But this is the only one way to reduce the garbage as Goa is generating alot of garbage and it is increasing and will never ever reduce.
Otherwise we will always be blaming the authorities for all garbage related issues.
Working togther is always better than blaming the authorities.
Next month JANUARY 23 we will be attempting to collect 10000 pairs of WEARABLE FOOTWEAR , like sandals,  shoes , slippers,  ladies footwear,  gents footwear,  sports footwear , etc.
If you have any queries please whatsapp me only on 8380097564.
If you call I will not be in a position to answer the call and the call will get cut .
This entire operation will last till April 23.
Let's work togthet to reduce the garbage in Goa and at the same time let's bring joy on the face of hundreds if not thousands of our fellow Indians in rural India.
It's a win win situation to all .
God bless you all

GOD ANSWERED MY PRAYERS FOR the BALANCE AMOUNT TO BUY THE 2ND HAND CAR .AN ELDERLY WISE GENTLEMAN HANDED ME OVER A CHEQUE OF RS 3 LACS.

27.12.2022. 9pm IST
God answered my prayers for the balance amount to buy the 2nd hand car .
Yesterday at 10 pm we uploaded a post asking for donation of Rs 285000 to buy a 2nd hand car for our NGO work .
The actual cost was rs 385000 but before I uploaded the post I had received a commitment of Rs 1 lac.
This morning 10 am , an elderly wise gentleman handed me over a cheque of Rs 3 lacs.
But those who would like to read ahead please do because ” GOD IS NEVER IN DEBT to us “.
This elderly gentleman had given me an appointment to visit him almost 3 weeks ago.
He Said meet me 27.12.22 @ 10 am .
Alan Lobo from porvorim the mechanic who maintains our NGO cars called me on 24.12.22 saying a good 2nd automatic car for sale , pls go for it.
I took the test drive and I was happy.
26.12.22 our team from Quepem brought some inmates to IPHB for assessment and the Santro which is already 15 years old stopped 3 times on the way .
Which I was not aware of but was aware that the Santro is giving trouble on and off , quite often.
26.12.22  at 11am  I confirmed the car with Alan who inturn confirmed with the seller.
I picked the car at 5pm on 26.12.22  and dropped it at Alan garage for a simple servicing and I called a lady benefactor asking for help at 5.45pm  to buy this car which she confirmed Rs 1 lac on the spot .
Last night I put the appeal out and went to sleep.
Till 9.45 am this morning no one got back to me saying they will help us with the balance.
At 10 am I met this elderly wise gentleman who within the 1st 10 minutes of our conversation said  ” I have a cheque for you for Rs 3 lacs for the car”
We had a 1 hour conversation and I left feeling happy but thanking God for this miracle.
Miracle,  but why ?
☆ 1. This elderly gentleman man & his wife have been our NGO benefactors for over 3 years
☆ 2. We have never ever met before but they are both on my broadcast and I send them all my message.
☆ 3.  Surely when the elderly wise gentleman gave me an appointment a few weeks ago,  I am sure he had in mind to give me a donation but not of Rs 3 lacs.
How did this elderly wise gentleman ever fix an appointment well in advance for the 27th Dec ?
Why did Alan the mechanic call me on 24th Dec and convince me to go for this car ?
How did that Santro break down on 26tb Dec?
Why without having the money to pay for the car did I decide to go ahead ?
Now the Temptation after experiencing a miracle.
Now at 11am today when I left the gentleman home witn the cheque , I got two offers of
Rs 1 lac each donation towards this same car .
But I told both of them the truth ” that I received the entire amount for the car, I can't accept the donation for this car “.
Both told me to still take the cheques ,  which I confirmed that I will take it for a big project we are starting in January 23.
I am putting this post out to tell all that we received the balance rs 3 lacs for the car and we don't require funds for this car .
Attaching a picture of the car with me.
God has provided in FULL.
We will still accept donations for our other projects so please support us .
I always ask help on social media for anything and everything during the last 5 years of running the NGO .
And I always upload on social media help received for the problems I have asked help for.
Besides all our daily work is uploaded on social media for the people to know the complicated and complex services we provide at our NGO 24×7 last 5 years .
Being declared THE BEST NGO for 22-23 by the Government of Goa is what we have worked hard for.
Its the Favour of God & trust of numerous benefactors who 95% of them have never met me or may never ever meet me.
It's also the TRUST that our NGO has gained which keeps the NGO moving.
” God is never in Debt to us ” especially when one works for the poorest of the poor otherwise read the above post again & let me know your views and suggestions.
God bless you so much

IS IN NEED OF YOUR HELP & SUPPORT TO RAISE MONEY TO BUY A SECOND HAND CAR.

26.12.2022. 7Pm IST

STREET PROVIDENCE GOA is in need of your help & support to raise money to buy a second hand car.
Our 3 Shelter homes in South Goa with a current strength of 60 men & 8 ladies are daily driven for check up and assessments to either :
☆ Gmc @ Bambolim
☆ Iphb @ Bambolim
☆ District hospital @ Margao
We have 3 such Cars at their disposal in South Goa of which two are really old and are breaking down quite often & these two cars need to be scrapped :
◇ 1. GA 01 R 2441 Wagon R , model 2001
◇ 2. GA 08 E 2133 Santro , model 2007
One can check these above details on VAHAN app or can even visit our Home at Quepem to see for yourself .
Both these cars were donated in 2020 & 2018 respectively.
We also have an old omni Ambulance which Registration is expiring in 2024 and that too is giving alot of trouble as it was our 1st and only car for many years.
I have seen a nice good second hand car & We are now In need of this Second hand Wagon R which is driven just 8300 kms and the price is rs 385000.
Of which a kind benefactor has committed to
Rs 100000.
If you reading this post,  can help our NGO then in the Spirit of Christmas please do contribute.
If you can please forward this message to anyone you think might want to help our NGO.
Almost all our services @ Street Providence are requiring transportation  namely :
☆ 1. Rescue & rehabilitation of the homeless street people
☆ 2. Collecting close to 300 to 500 kgs food daily from our 25 food bank fridges
☆ 3. Feeding this food equivalent to 1000 + meals a day
☆ 4. Taking our shelter people to hospitals daily
☆ 5. Moving resources and other stuff from our main office in porvorim to our 8 shelter homes across Goa .
And now we started cleaning Black Spots of Garbage in Goa and that's a separate team which does it.
Many times cars break down as most of our cars are moving non stop daily approx 100 kms / per car and wear and tear of these old cars add to the decrease of the  life of the cars.
Our monthly fuel bill is always Rs 60000 and above so you can imagine the running about our cars do daily.
If any company can help us under CSR activity with a car please do support this request.
One again I thank you for reading this message.
All donations are exempted under Section 80G of the INCOME tax act .
We are also have a CSR registration no for those companies who might be able to help us .
God bless you so much

IT’S NOT ONLY ABOUT RECEIVING BUT ALSO IN GIVING AND GIVING TO THE LEAST & THE LAST ONE

24.12.2022. 8pm IST
It's the Eve of Christmas when Baby Jesus will be born.
Christmas is a time that we all expect gifts.
And we usually give a gift to a known person or a known person gives us a gift .
But for me , it's not only about receiving but also in giving and giving to the least & the last one
( this is the message given today by Cardinal Filipe Neri Ferrao ).
Today I saw something in the Jail which made me understand how TALENT is hidden in the rejected & condemned ie the prisoners.
SUPERB HUGR MECHANICAL CRIB in the jail made by the prisoners.
Picture and video attached 👇
Today we gifted a NEW WATER DISPENSER at 5pm to the COLVALE jail for the benefit of the prisoners.
This Watet Dispenser cum purifier was innaugrated by :
IGP Prisons – Mr Bosco George IPS
In the presence of :
☆ 1. Asst Superintendent of Jail : Mr B Pednekar
☆ 2. Adv Caroline Collaso :  Our Trustee
☆ 3. Mr Sapnesh Salgaonkar :  Operation Manager
& a huge contingent of Goa Police personnel & staff of the Jail personnel.
♡♡ Thanks to our operation manager Mr Sapnesh Salgaonkar for co ordinating with many involved and getting this machine up and running in just 48 hours .
It's peak season but the gift had to go before Christmas.
Many more such WATER DISPENSERS are needed to be installed here in the jail.
During a casual talk with the top officials of Prisons i understood that there is need for water purifiers as the prisoners are huge in number  in the jail .
I decided to do my part and adjust our expenses of the NGO to get this machine installed in the jail.
An opportunity to bring a little joy to those prisoners was worth jumping into with this machine especially on Christmas Eve.
PREPARATION +OPPORTUNITY =SUCCESS
Thanks to Global Enterprises for the heavy discount and then further discount, we managed to get This New Water Dispenser installed within just 48 hours.
Many many people are aware of our services across all sections to the poorest of the poor and prisoners are one section I have always wanted to help & work with.
Today that desire came to Pass .
I sent a request message to a well known business man asking if he would like to pay for the water dispenser.
Without asking any questions ” send the invoice” was his reply.
♡♡♡ Thanks to Kirit Maganlal fron MAGSONS group of Supermarkets for taking care of the bill.
Many will be thinking ” why should the public pay for this when its the government job ?”.
Well let's always ask ourselves ” what can I do in my country to make the life of the  poor & the marginalized including the prisoners a little better ? & that too on Christmas Eve ? “
If you can't get an answer then you can forget the question and just move on with life .
Being good to  the poor and the neglected is our duty when the system fails.
It's  better to fill the gap and get the job done to which surely the authorities will wake up one day .
Many people today want to help genuinely with their donations,  but don't know whom to belive and trust.
Well here we are , STREET PROVIDENCE.
Goa's best NGO for the year 22-23 , declared by the Government of Goa, whom you can always support as we are into many fields of helping the poorest of the poor across the board and donations are always welcome.
Many many good things can happen if you want it to happen
But if you want to criticise, find fault, be an obstacle,  etc then it's not going to help you at all.
I thank God for giving me an opportunity to do a little during this Christmas season for the prisoners without having to bear the cost .
God provided me an opportunity to meet the officials.
God used me to solve the prisoners issues,
God inspired the supplier to offer the discounts
God touched the business man to pay the bill.
Our NGO understands the life of a prisoner as we too run many shelter homes and giving a little JOY to the prisoners is what
MY CHRISTMAS is about.
Let's welcome baby Jesus as he is born in a stable tonight .
Before the New Year starts we will be installing another machine in the jail which is connected to improving the facility connected to the preparation of prisoners breakfast and you can try to be a part of bringing joy to a life of these prisoners by this machine which needs to be donated.
We @ Street Providence wish you all a Very Spirit filled Birth Of Jesus Christ .
A Very Happy Christmas.
I assured my new friends that our NGO will be surely coming back again and again to work with them and help them and be there for them as these are the people who are last and the least in today's world as they are on the other side of life for the mistakes they committed.
God bless you all

HAS INSTALLED 4 MORE ADDITIONAL FRIDGES DURING THIS FESTIVE SEASON TO ACCEPT EXTRA COOKED FOOD

23.12.2022. 7pm IST
☆☆☆During this festive season please don't waste food. Drop your food in our 25 fridges in Goa.☆☆☆
FOOD BANK FOR THE POOR SANGOLDA GOA has installed 4 more additional fridges during this festive season to accept extra cooked food which will be used to feed the poor .
We have installed fridges @
☆ 1. Bogmallo church
☆ 2.. Pilerne church
☆ 3. Anjuna police station.
☆ 4. Verna police station
Thanks to
♡ 1. Fr Theo , Pp of Bogmallo Church
♡ 2. Fr Derrick , Pp of Pilerne Church
♡ 3. Mr Prashal Dessai, Inspector of Anjuna
♡ 4. Mr. Diogo Gracias, Inspector of Verna
for supporting our work of ending HUNGER in Goa and opening a little space to install these 4 fridges.
We have today more than 25 fridges installed across Goa to accept extra cooked food & this is expected to go up.
( List attached of all our fridges in Goa )
Of which 11 fridges are in Police Stations, both in North Goa & South Goa .
In entire India , Goa must be the only state having food bank fridges installed in Police Stations.
And that is a very good support from Goa Police to a very small Ngo of ours .
All one needs to do is pack your food in food grade plastic bags / silver foils  and drop it into the fridges .
It's Christmas festival followed by the New Year & we @ Street Providence are attempting to save the good extra food from going to the garbage dumps.
We are playing our part by creating an awareness and offering a facility to drop you extra food for a cause of feeding the homeless.
Now you reading this post need to do you part:
◇ 1. Forwarding the posters & this post to as many as possible so as to know where is a nearest fridge
◇ 2. Informing your family members about food bank fridges to drop your extra food .
◇ 3. Saving the environment by not allowing good extra food to reach the garbage
If we all work togther we can kill 5 birds in one stroke :
☆ 1. We install the fridges
☆ 2. You drop your extra food
☆?3. We feed the hungry
☆ 4. Wet garbage is reduced
☆ 5. You dropping your food gets you blessings
All we require is commitment to get the extra food to the food bank fridges.
We are already implementing the FSSAI project of SAVE FOOD , FEED FOOD in the last 5 years which was to be implement by FDA.
I hope now atleast FDA @ Bambolim will join OUR food bank and work along with us to implement from their side SAVE FOOD FEED FOOD inniatitve.
Running Food Banks is not an easy service and creating food banks today is never going to be easy no matter how much FDA advertisers on newspapers and have press conference.
Please during this festive season and the new year take a resolution to drop extra food in food bank fridges in Goa and let's do it together.
God bless you so much

OPENS OUR SHELTER DOORS TO THE POOREST OF THE POOR JUST NOW AND TAKES IN TOTAL 6 VERY SMALL CHILDREN & 3 PARENTS .

20.12.2022. 10 pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE GOA opens our shelter doors to the poorest of the poor just now and takes in total 6 very small children & 3 parents .
☆ 1 lady adult who is the mother of 3 children &
☆ 1 gents adult who is the father of 2 children &
☆ 1 lady adult who is mother of 1 child of just 11 months.
All are migrants and sleeping on streets in a city in Goa
Police rounded them up .
Thanks to our care givers for whole heartedly opening the doors and agreeing to take in these poor little children.
A warm meal was arranged from our home and  all the sleeping arrangements for these little children and their mothers.
How long they will stay I don't know , what will happen tomorrow I can't tell but tonight we opened our doors and that is THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS.
Christmas is about the poorest of the poor , the homeless,  the migrants, the marginalised, the hungry.
Actually this is not our problem to shelter these children.
But saying no just because it's not our problem is not right .
99% of the time , If any one requires shelter and whether we have space or not ” it's always a yes” provided it's routed through the police.
No direct admission without a proper medical and proper verification.
Goa Police dropped these little children & their parents.
We have two homes in the vicinity of just 20 meters apart from each other.
Ladies home for children & ladies and
Gents home only for men.
When our NGO has so much of facilities and support from the Government,  it's always YES to any request from the authorities.
I am really SCARED at the amount of homeless people In Goa at the moment which according to my sources and volunteers can be close to 700 people and rising .
I have made letters to all the City Dysps @ Goa Police as well as the North Goa Collector but sadly everyone is just quite.
Recently.about 2 to 3 weeks back,  some Commissioner ordered both the COLLECTORS to get all the children off the streets and into shelter homes .
I really don't see that happening and I am not sure when that is going to happen and where are the shelter homes for these street little children with their parents.
Supreme Court order clearly states ” little children can't be separated from the mothers “.
It's a really difficult journey in life for the poor and marginalised and I not sure what holds good for such poor people who live and stay on the streets.
As for me it's always a pleasure to be of help to anyone and everyone who is homeless provided the admission is done through the authorities and with complete paperwork.
God bless you all

FOOD BANK SANGOLDA IS IN NEED OF NEW FOOD FRIDGES WHICH WE INTEND TO INSTALL TO ACCEPT EXTRA FOOD FOR THE POOR.

16.12.22. 8pm IST
FOOD BANK SANGOLDA is in need of new food fridges which we intend to Install to accept extra food for the poor.
FOOD BANK SANGOLDA has been running food bank fridges across Goa last 5 years , accepting extra cooked food In our fridges which is then in turn fed to the poor & the marginalized through our volunteers.
Its the Christmas season and what better way to be part of a program that has been feeding hundreds of meals daily across Goa through various food bank programs.
In The month of NOVEMBER 22 , Our Food bank fridges and our food bank collection from factories , Bakeries & hotels was close to 12000 kgs.( 12 tonnes )
Inspite of no commitment and support from FDA over the last 5 years , we have been running Goa's only registered Food Bank and saving thousands of kgs of food from going to waste .
But on the other side FDA has never ever troubled our food bank in the last 5 years which is a good sign.
But yet FDA is closing their eyes and ears to tonnes of food being wasted daily in Goa.
I decided to move ahead in Goa & other states of India, irrespective of support from FDA.
This Christmas atleast 4 more food bank fridges across Goa & in the New Year another 6 more fridges in Goa we wish to install in different parts of North & South Goa.
We are also soon starting these food bank fridges across other states in India in the New Year.
Besides saving the extra food from going into the garbage dumps we are also feeding the poorest of the poor.
Your support during this festive season by donating a Fridge goes a long way In helping the poor as well as blessings from the ALMIGHTY.
With the Grace of God we are able to daily accept approx 300 to 500 kgs good edible food from being thrown out .
There is a huge logistic costs in running FOOD BANKS and that's the reason no one wants to venture into this service.
We need your support to install these 10 fridges during this festive season as alot of food gets wasted and once people are aware of food bank fridges during the festive season the rest of the year food is automatically dropped in fridges.
All donations are exempted under Section 80G of the INCOME TAX ACT.
For any queries and clarification please get in touch with me strictly through whstsapp only on 8380097564
God bless you so much
