THIS POST IS ABOUT AN ASSAMESE LADY FATIMA AS SHE CALLS HERSELF PICKED UP ON 26.9.2018 FROM THE VICINITY OF CHINCHINIM CHURCH

15.6.2022. 5pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE GOA has been  looking after homeless street abandoned women for close to 5 years and this post is about an Assamese lady Fatima as she calls herself
Picked up on 26.9.2018 from the vicinity of CHINCHINIM church due to the effort of then Sarpanch of Sazora Mrs Sabita.
Attached the original post of 2018.  Pls go thru the below link 👇
Speaks only Assamese and initially was very difficult to handle.
Trying to locate her family last 4 years .
Thanks to our FMCK nuns who have collaborated with our NGO to look after as caregivers these abandoned homeless street women in the last 4 years , ladies like Fatima are totally transformed and changed.
Last few months total transformation in Fatima life.
Fatima is totally now civilized.
Eats , sleeps,  sits on a chair,  uses the washroom, not abusive and aggressive anymore, grown old and yet learnt to draw and use a pen and paper.
It's never an easy task dealing with people who refuse to wear clothes,  refuse to have bath , refuse to stay in a home .
That's the CHERRY ON THE CAKE .
A women who once was totally deranged and naked today has surprised me by learning to draw and color.
Attached a small video of her, how she is drawing and coloring and how she was on the streets before we rehabilitated her
To me Fatima was a pain in my neck .
But at times I go through such frustrations as I too get tired of the same complaints .
But any frustration is human tendency .
My emotions plays on me .
I then have to think with my mind and not with my heart .
Such people no one will FREELY look after and I just can't throw them out .
I have to go back to my inner voice and hear what God is telling me.
I have to see GOD in these people who have no one and nothing in this world .
Then comes by Faith .
We never ever put any ladies in our homes back on the streets even if they were unmanageable.
FMCK nuns in rhe last 5 years have gone beyond their call of duty towards these homeless street women .
Fatima has been a terrible trouble to the care givers due to her rejection by her family is what I understand in the initial three years.
No one will ever know what and how she suffered on the streets and where is she from as she speaks Assamese which we can't follow .
I have heard enough of complaints initially about Fatima.
Numerous trips to hospitals , medication and we even operated her both eyes for CATARACT,  thanks to Rotary Club of Mapuca for both the free operations .
Even though I have not met or seen Fatima in the last 8 months, I am aware she has improved alot as good reports are sent about her by the staff and caregivers.
I feel really bad that there are many many such abandoned, lonely , deranged women in Goa either just walking and walking whole day on the streets or just sitting at bus stops, parks, public places and I can't do much .
It's really heart breaking but our two ladies homes are full .
We as a society fail them at times .
We have and celebrate many days like women day , mothers day, etc but how many of us actually go one step ahead and try I am saying try to help such women who actually have nobody and get them to a shelter home and a decent life .
Such events should be celebrated for these women, who have no one,  so that they can come out of their misery., pain and agony .
All just pass the buck and that's it .
We @ our NGO are trying our level best to reach out to such abandoned, forgotten and neglected women.
As of today there are about 20+ such ladies just loitering here and there aimlessly and they require help to get off those streets, highways as the monsoon is on.
Please support our NGO.
You get 50% deduction under section 80G of the
INCOME TAX act, once you donate to our NGO.
We accept only CHEQUES / NEFT with your pan card copy .

STREET RESCUE BY STREET PROVIDENCE, GOA IS A SERVICE WITH A NEW WHATSAPP NUMBER

12.6.2022.  6pm IST
STREET RESCUE BY STREET PROVIDENCE, GOA is a  service with a new whatsapp number to reach out to those on the streets and get them off the streets and into a rehabilitation home .
At the moment we are focusing on North Goa as the Following SDPOs @ Goa Police have assured support to get as many as possible of the streets .
♡♡♡ Thanks to the following Dysp @ Goa Police
☆ 1. Mr. Jivba Dalvi @ Mapusa SDPO
☆ 2. Mr. Vishwesh Karpe @ Porvorim SDPO
☆ 3. Mr .Sudesh Naik @ Panjim SDPO
I personally met all the above 3 Dysps and they have assured all support possible in getting help to the homeless by deputing an officer of the level of Police Sub Inspector to take care of the paper work as without the police it's not possible to get anyone of the streets.
If there are any genuine homeless people with priority to those suffering from mental disabilities and roaming or staying on the streets, we will be glad to help them get help .
All you need to do is send us the picture of the homeless and video of the locality to the number  in the poster and kindly wait at the spot for a few minutes till a team arrives to verify .
Only between 9 am to 5 pm . Sunday holiday
Please don't put pressure as we expect many such whatsapp requests initially and we may not be able to reach all in one day .
A Pro Active Dysp or Police Inspector is very important in the homeless getting off the streets.
Unfortunately I am seeing last 2 years , the homeless are increasing in Goa and its getting out of hand.
We can't manage alone.
Meeting and meeting with various Government officials are just leading us to no where .
At times we are fighting this battle alone and its frustrating and I too give up for a few days.
Chief Minister of Goa should kindly support us in the rehabilitation of the homeless by putting some sort of nodal officer for us to network with and solve these issues with homeless on streets.
Now the rainy season is starting . Many will be wet on the streets.
Majority of these homeless are desperate to start life again but there are not many hands to hold on too.
We require your help as :
☆ 1. A volunteer in the respective cities of Goa to follow up between the homeless person & our back office team .
☆ 2. A volunteer to visit the police station on our behalf and get the paperwork organized.
☆ 3. A volunteer if you can drive our car to pick such people in your city on fixed days of the week.
☆ 4. A volunteer to spot such homeless in your city and network with our back office and the local police station.
☆ 5. A volunteer to drive such homeless people to the Hospitals from our homes once cleaned for their health check-up .
To address the homeless issue in Goa , especially women, we are starting two more women homes.
■ North Goa 1 home for 10 women
■ South Goa 1 home for 20 women.
Both should be operational by 1st week of July.
We can currently take in another 50 men in our men's home.
We thank all our benefactors, volunteers and well wishers who have stood by us in the last 5 years.
Please support our NGO.
You get 50% deduction under section 80G of the
INCOME TAX act, once you donate to our NGO.
We accept only CHEQUES / NEFT with your pan card copy .

Infact both the families in Canacona Taluka , one family stays right in the middle of the jungle with no other homes or families in the vicinity .
One has to travel atleast 2 kms from the only motorable road to this house where we gave this Gas Cylinder.
The other family access Is not till the door step .
Attached these two videos of their homes.
You please watch the videos . 👇

Both these families in Canacona for over 18 months our volunteer Mrs Sharon has been handing over dry ration kits Worth Rs 1000 on behalf of our Food Bank .
The poor are getting poorer and there is just no solution in sight .

TODAY HELPS THIS HELPLESS MAN FROM KARNATAKA LYING IN VERY PATHETIC STATE ON THE STREETS

6.6.2022. 5pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE GOA today helps this helpless man from KARNATAKA lying in very pathetic state on the streets of Panjim Goa to get to our shelter home .
Mr Kranti Verma says he is from Bidar , KARNATAKA and is too weak to stand .
Attached a picture of him and a small video . 👇
Both his legs have wounds and are tied up In plastic bags .
Has been collecting plastic bottles and scrap for a living right on a footpath with an open drain next to him., opposite Hotel Rego panjim .
Brought to my notice by Mr Saieesh Gandhi to help him off the streets.
Panjim Police responded well and within a few minutes we got this frail old Man off the streets and into our home .
Was completely unclean and not in his senses I think, as he is just blabbering.
Surviving by drinking to kill the mosquitoes and insects .
Has been there quite a while.
We feel their pain and discomfort but it's just that we can't reach out to the many like him.
Monsoon is around the corner and we all need to do alot to reach out those on the streets in Goa.
It's one of the most difficult and complicated services of helping these homeless street people  as they come with alot of sickness and skin diseases .
Hospital trips are killing as their parameters keep jumping up and down.
Stabilizing them takes close to 6 months .
With a huge number of such homeless people in our homes the running costs are just going up
We solely depend only on donations from generous benefactors.
Please support our NGO.
You get 50% rebate under section 80G of the
INCOME TAX act, once you donate to our NGO.
We accept only CHEQUES / NEFT with your pan card copy .

CONGRATULATES Goa’s NEWLY APPOINTED CARDINAL , HIS EMMINENCE REV. FILIPE NERI Ferrao , ARCHBISHOP OF GOA AND DAMIAN.

3.6.2022. 5pm IST
FOOD BANK SANGOLDA GOA congratulates Goa's newly appointed Cardinal , His Emminence Rev. Filipe Neri Ferrao , Archbishop of Goa  and Daman.
This post is about the unconditional support shown by His Emminence  in early 2018 when the Food Bank had just started.
Attached is a  video of  His Emminence  serving food to the homeless on the streets of Goa on a winter night way back on 7.3.2018. 👇
“Caring and concerned about the hungry & homeless “. is how I describe His Emminence!
Usually when  a lay person ( like me ) starts projects like our NGO runs , it is a foregone conclusion  that the person is either a  believer or a protestant.
And in my case, this thought was reinforced due to my close association with my mentor Bro Johnson Sequeira.
If I am still serving the poor and homeless in Goa through our NGO , Street Providence,  its due to the teaching I learnt from Bro Johnson during my difficult time from 2012 to 2014 , and if not for his teaching and understanding of the WORD I would be just another passerby in this World.
In Dec 2017 , I met His Emminence  for the very first  time .
Later I was invited over to his office and  His Emminence Rev. Filipe Neri Ferrao , Archbishop of Goa  and Daman was kind enough to give me 3 hours of his time where I went about explaining the projects I had in mind .
That meeting opened a  flood gate of opportunities and the Food Bank Program is still running as a success.
His Emminence permitted the installation of  a  Food Bank fridge at his official residence and it is operational  till date .
Upto March 2020 , His Emminence was always available to listen and advise me on any idea/ project I had in mind  and would always answer my phone call .
During the last two years of Covid, I did not  get an  opportunity to meet  His Excellency.
Also by this time  our NGO was steady on its feet and  working just perfectly towards the mission and there was no need to trouble His Emminence.
The  concern towards the poor , the hungry and homeless is very inspirational to me  and these three examples  speak for themselves.
1. In early 2018 , His Emminence visited our food program at  the Guirim Chruch and distributed food to the poor, as  we were providing food every night during those early years for over 18 months.
2. His Emminence drove his own car at night and came to the streets of Mapusa and personally handed over food packets to the homeless.
3. In  2018 ,  His Emminence  permitted us  to use the residential area of the Batim Church to  start a  Free Shelter Home for the homeless.
STREET PROVIDENCE  used this premises  for close to 18 months.
All of the above,  and  many more experiences, gives me the confidence to boldly say that His Emminence is truly concerned about the hungry , the poor  and the  homeless in Goa .
There is something very interesting that I have to write about .
A gentleman who has inspired me alot to work for the poor & homeless , one day requested me for a meeting between His Emminence & him to break the ice .
I requested His Emminence.
And the  instant reply was  ” Please bring him over and we can sit and have a cup of tea , anything else to discuss will have to go through the proper channels “.
Unfortunately the invitation extended didn't materialize due to the pandemic.
We  pray that His Emminence is bestowed with  the best of health and wisdom to carry on with  his duties as a Cardinal.
Lastly I hope that His Emminence still keeps that invitation open to having a cup  of tea with this friend of mine who has inspired me to do what I have been doing last 5 years.
Goa is blessed to have such a simple yet spiritual Cardinal in His Emminence Rev. Filipe Neri Ferrao , Archbishop of Goa  and Daman.
Last but the Truth , His Emminence Rev. Filipe Neri Ferrao , Archbishop of Goa  and Daman always stops by and visits any sick Priest in Goa whenever he is in that vicinity for any program and especially when he knows that the priest is going through some form of sickness and suffering .
This is one sign of a good Shepherd who keeps his concern about his flock.
Let's Pray for His Emminence Rev. Filipe Neri Ferrao , Archbishop of Goa  and Daman for good health , peace of mind and long life .
God bless you all
Donald Fernandes

GETS BACK INTO PERFECT SHAPE, MR. ASHISH DUBEY , WHO JUST 6 MONTHS BACK WAS ON THE VERGE OF DYING .

27.5.2022. 3pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE GOA gets back into perfect shape,  Mr Ashish Dubey , who just 6 months back was on the verge of dying .
Look at the picture and the video attached.
We picked Mr Ashish Dubey in mid Nov 2021 from the Subway of GMC.
If you click on the below link you will get the details of how he was on that day ⬇️
His full head ( back skull ) was completely stitched due to may be an accident or a fall and he might or was operated and after discharge since he was homeless or abandoned by his friends reached the subway of GMC in a very sorry state.
I can't imagine the pain and suffering he must have gone thru during those days he was sitting in the subway at Gmc
The dust , the heat , the hunger , plus it was winter, the flies and top it all the frustration of being lonely and rejected.
Surely he must have had other thoughts as well.
We were informed and we picked him .
But within 2 days we had to readmitt him into GMC as his stitches had opened out and alot of things were oozing out .
Doctors at GMC stabilized him and then we
re admitted him into our home .
Daily dressings, cleaning of that stitches, numerous trips to GMC & IPHB as he was losing his mind .
He was initially very weak and had no control of his bowels and also had alot of pain in his head .
Had to be fed and bathed as he had lost it completely.
But then slowly the care givers started getting success as he started using the washroom, the medication started working on him,  he started feeling good , would eat , sleep,  have bath etc all by himself.
Today Ashish Dubey is a perfect man .
Attached a small video . 👇
Does alot of small jobs in the home and with a smile.
No complaints at all from the care givers.
If any one recognises him please get in touch with us .
We feel happy in our homes when such pathetic men once left to die or just abandoned on the streets of Goa are later back to their normal beings and stay back to look after the other men who come either in similar condition or worse than that into our homes
Its not a joke nor is it easy dealing with men who can't control their mind and at the same time have no control over their toilet movements.
Besides they get violent and then have to fed , bathed, clothed and cooled down .
Only when you see God in the poor and downtrodden and neglected you can do these services.
Otherwise it just empty noise and advice to others.
Its getting tough and difficult of late.
Too many requests to get people of the streets.
Expenses are rising as everything is going up and that's a big concern.
With 120+ homeless men & women in our 6  shelter homes , most of whom are persons witn mental Disabilities , it's a big responsibility at times.
Today only I was going thru the records and close to 80+ of our inmates are on different types of medications 💊.
Our April 22 medication bill from Anthila pharmacy was Rs 40000 plus.
And these medicines generic in nature so the Costs are 30 to 40 % lesser which we buy from Antilla
Imagine if we had to buy these branded medicines , it would be even more.
It's not an easy and peaceful service to look after the homeless and sick.
Motivation levels need to be higher than yesterday.
There is no glamor and fancy stuff in this service.
All of our team members have that special gift to pick , clean,  shave , bathe , do the dressings , take them to hospital,  feed them at times , stay with them .
Donations and blessings play a very important part in our shelter homes for such people.
Easy to bad mouth , spoil the name,  hit below the belt , criticize without knowing facts , gossip etc .
God only knows the stress levels I go thru daily .
But that's now part of my life and my family .
Thanks to all our well wishers , benefactors,  supporters,  volunteers and staff .
Please support our NGO.
You get 50% rebate under section 80G of the

CELEBRATES OUR 5th ANNIVERSARY ON 27th MAY.

26.5.2022. 10am IST
FOOD BANK FOR THE POOR SANGOLDA celebrates our 5th anniversary on 27th May.
* Food Bank Goa : This is a story about Goa-based non profit making org 'Street Providence' which is successfully having its “Food Bank” service for the needy.
What exactly do they do?
Watch this video.*👇
From a single fridge at chogm road Sangolda way back in May 2017 we are still running Goa's only organized and recognized food bank.
Pre covid things were perfect with close to
300 volunteers.
38 fridges
1500 to 2000 kgs food daily being picked.
Last 2 years of covid disrupted the incoming of food and things really slowed down
Last 3 months things are beginning to pick up but not what it was pre covid.
Thanks to Goa Police @ Various police stations who have opened their doors , we now have close to 9 such police stations having our fridges.
These fridges are open 24 × 7.
Plus our fridge on Chogm Road Sangolda is also open 24 * 7
List attached in this post of the fridges at police stations .
All you need to do is drop your food in these fridges either in food grade plastic bags or silver foils .
No need to disturb my sleep by calling at 1 am or 2 am asking where to drop food or where is the fridge.
We also have fridges which are open
8 am to 7 pm at :
☆ Siolim
☆ Old goa
☆ Nerul
☆ Mandur
☆ Velim
A small video attached of our plans to generate food to feed the poor in the coming months in the above link .
The day the Commissioner of FSSAI / FDA at Bambolim Goa decide to get their act moving,  that day we will be able to pick up anything between 10000 kgs to 20000 kgs of good extra cooked food and feed 30000 + people .
This food is always available at :
☆ Factory canteens
☆ Institutional caterers
☆ Institutional canteen contractors
☆ Restaurant chains
☆ Bakeries
☆ 5 star hotels
The FSSAI / FDA department only needs to instruct the above that extra food should be donated to the food bank .
The advantage of having a running food bank in a state like Goa is keeping the wet waste which reaches the garbage plant under control.
As a small NGO we are doing the best we can during the  5 years to feed the poor and reduce the wet waste .
But the costs are rising and we can't bear these huge costs.
FSSAI / FSA should quickly look into this as this SAVING FOOD , FEEDING FOOD is a good inniatitve by Central Government under the directions of our Honourable Prime Minister ,
Mr N Modiji.
But then everything concerning the poor and hungry either moves very very slowly or does not move at all with plenty of excuses .
Prices are rising,  inflation is up , poor are getting poorer but food wastage can be addressed if the Government wishes.
We as the service provider are ready to feed thousands of people in Goa , only thing required is support from The Commissioner of FSSAI / FDA Goa and their officials.
Chief Minister of Goa , has been kind enough to mark a note to The Commissioner of FSSAI / FDA about the extra food going to the food bank from factory canteens,  institutional caterers,  etc
Even the Governor of Goa is donating every week 100 freshly cooked meals to our food bank.
Hoping that this message reaches the officials at FSSAI / FDA at Bambolim and alot of extra food being wasted is routed to our food bank to feed the poor and needy which otherwise is just or might be wasted and end up in the wet waste.
Once again I thank all our :
♡ Volunteers both past & present,
♡ Food benefactors ,
♡ Fridge benefactors ,
♡ Press personal of various medium,
♡ Staff who daily pick the extra food,
♡ Various Government officials ♡especially the FDA
& Now Goa Police for installing the food fridges.
Without your support , our food bank program would not have completed these 5 years of service in Goa .
God bless you all

PRESENTS YOU A TOTALLY CHANGED HOMELESS , ABANDONED & SICK MAN

23.5.2022  7pn IST
STREET PROVIDENCE GOA presents you a TOTALLY  changed homeless , abandoned & sick man
Mr Rakesh , from UP , who once upon a time on 3.2.2021 was so weak that he could barely walk.
During peak covid 19 wave ,  our NGO took in alot of homeless people.
Rakesh was one of them.
Attached a small video of Rakesh . 👇
One day in late Jan 21 , i received a call from District Hospital Mapusa, saying a young boy needs rehabilitation.
Our team met Rakesh and belive me , he was too weak , skinny,  on a caterer , undernourished and totally lost and dazed .
We took him into our shelter home as if he was  discharged he would be back on the sheets and that could be very costly to his life .
Initially it was very very difficult stabilizing him .
We even got him operated for hernia.
His one hand was bent and his all movements were very slow and not in tandem .
But the care givers and our team members took great pain in looking after him .
Numerous trips to hospitals and back.
Numerous tests and reports .
Slowly he started getting better .
Medication,  nutrition , love and care started working for Rakesh .
Rakesh put on weight , started doing small chores in the house and started taking responsibility of bathing and cleaning up other men just like he was bathed,  fed and cleant.
Good young boy .
Never trouble or never attempted to run away once better.
Few days from now we will be sending him Home to his village in UP as that's what he intends to do .
He wants to start life afresh .
A tailor by profession that's what he says.
He also wishes to come back and serve in our NGO looking after the other men who daily enter our homes from streets, hospitals,  police stations, etc .
Once they go home very rarely any one comes back to help us and that's okay .
We have surely missed many many such cases as not all the times such homeless people are brought to our NGO notice .
Today it's very scary and expensive looking after such people.
We have close to 120+ men & women, in our 6 homes either abandoned,  sick , Old , mentally & physically challenged, etc .
Scary because the nos are increasing on the streets of Goa
Expensive because inflation is at 16% and everything is just going up .
There is going to be a big crisis for the homeless street people in Goa soon .
We are still accepting the homeless but there is a huge running cost .
We thank all our benefactors for the support month after month,  year after year .
Its all about GRACE & SOWING .
Gods Favour is what I depend on .
This service is not possible in today's time if One can't see God in the poor .
God no matter what you call him is in the poor and only the poor .
More homes and more NGOs are required to fill the gap .
One thing I must appreciate and say :
” GOVERNMENT OF GOA , through various or practically all departments are very co operative & supportive to our NGO “.
Government funding is only for one home at the moment.
Since most of the homeless don't have any ID & valid documents , getting grants from the government is a pain .
Lots of paperwork and documentation required.
But we will do the best we can to keep accepting such people like RAKESH .
No one who comes to our NGO through the right procedure will be denied a place to stay , Food to eat , medication and rehabilitation.
Please support our NGO.
You get 50% rebate under section 80G of the
INCOME TAX act, once you donate to our NGO.
We accept only CHEQUES / NEFT with your pan card copy .

THE GAS CYLINDER BANK!

19.5.2022. 7pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE TRUST plans to celebrate the 5th anniversary of our FOOD BANK , on 27th May,2022 , by launching a novel Bank ……….
THE GAS CYLINDER BANK!
Instead of a celebratory  function, the Food Bank decided instead to use this  money to gift a
GAS CYLINDER AND A TWO BURNER BASIC STOVE to 10 poor ethnic goan families who are still using  firewood to cook their meals and as they cannot afford a Gas Cylinder & stove or do not have the required documents
These10 families have been identified in the following Talukas:-
☆ Canacona – 2 families
☆ Marmagoa  – 2 families
☆ Salcete – 2 families
☆ Bicholim – 1 familiy
☆ Quepem – 1 family
☆ Sanguem – 1 family
☆ Dharbandora – 1 family .
These families are either suffering from disabilities, are  HIV + , widows and  lonely senior citizens
But why is our NGO helping them ?
A few weeks ago, OUR NGO obtained through the good offices of HPCL , a number of  domestic cylinders  at a very reasonable  price under  the ” EXEMPT CATEGORY” with alot of free accessories, without any deposit or any extra paper work strictly for the use of the FOOD BANK AND SHELTER HOMES.
Previously Commercial cooking gas cylinders were being used and this was very very expensive.
However, within 2 days of recieving these domestic cylinders, we noticed  that our FOOD BANK  was receiving huge quantities of freshly cooked food, resulting in all our SHELTER HOMES getting sufficient food without the need to cook and thus the consumption of cooking Gas  dropped .
Simultaneously, our volunteers in rural Goa, involved in the outreach programs of obtaining  Disability Certificates & FREE UDID cards, encountered many ethnic Goan families struggling with their cooking due to lack of Gas cylinders.
Also our other old time volunteers top reported that many such Ethnic goan families cant afford A Gas Cylinder and a stove.
On one hand  our NGO is blessed with Gas Cylinders, unused at the moment as  daily, fresh food sufficient for all our Shelter Home inmates is received
                           WHILE
ON the other hand many  poor goan families are  struggling to cook their meager meals.
It disturbed me and my team ……and thus was born the idea of a much needed “GAS CYLINDER BANK”.
We at STREET PROVIDENCE believe that it is “Only in giving and giving that we will receive our Blessings” .
Whilst these 10 poor  families cook their food daily, surely they will bless our NGO and those words of Blessings which come out of their mouths and hearts will bring an abundance of blessings on our NGO .
After our sojourn on earth, irrespective of all the wealth we have accumulated,  only BLESSINGS,  GOOD DEEDS and GOOD WISHES follow us to eternity.
We have plans to provide Gas Cylinders and stoves to another 90+ such Ethnic poor goan families .
But we need your help to make this possible.
Please support this Gas Cylinder Bank Project in any one of these ways:
1. Pay for the purchase of a new basic gas stove, regulator, pipe and one cylinder.
                            OR
2. Commit to refill a cylinder  for a fixed period of time in the taluka you stay .
(Our NGO will be requesting HPCL dealers to support these poor goan families in getting their refill once the payment is )
3.While you are enjoying  celebrations like birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc, bring  joy  to our ethnic goan ladies who are struggling to cook with fire wood, by donating a Gas Cylinder and a stove.
4. Forward to your family & friends and motivate them to help the less privileged so that they also will receive  blessings and good wishes from the recipient.
Kindly note that this project is solely for  the poorest of the poor ethnic Goans…..  widows,  POOR persons suffering from mental/ physical with disabilities, POOR  HIV + persons    POOR old and abandoned parents and senior citizens who don't possess any means of income, cannot afford a Gas Cylinder, have no income and live  in rural Goa .
Recommendations will not be accepted as 90+ families have already been identified by our volunteers in the course of their visits to such POOR homesteads during the course of the many outreach programs.
Grateful to all those who will reach out to our  impoverished brethren!
This Gas Cylinder Bank will not and can't accommodate requests for those working as maids , security guards , gardeners etc in your homes as they are having a source of income because they are working and having a job .
