♡ Fr Frederick Pilar
♡ Fr Clifford Corgao
♡ Mr Agnelo Bicholim
♡ Mrs Elaine Velim
♡ Mrs Eugene Vasco
♡ Mr John Baptist Fatorda
♡ Mrs Sharon Canacona
♡ Mr Myron Chicalim
♡ Mr Soccoro Siolim
A very big thanks to my fellow Saligaokar
Mr Mario V Cordeiro , for providing his truck for both trips to Wayand and he himself going along to see that the material is delivered safely.
Well, relief is about 3 parts
☆ 1. Benefactors/ donnors
☆ 2. Collection centers
☆ 3. Packing / storage/ logistics
And this 3rd part is handled by Mr SAPNESH SALGAONKAR our NGO operation manager.
Logistics/ packing/ storage is the most difficult & complicated part in any Relief program.
But SAPNESH with our residents both men & ladies in our shelter homes are always ready to step in and do a perfect job.
Our manager and the residents handled :
》Kerala floods Relief 2018
》Covid dry ration Relief 2020
》Manipur Relief 2023
》Sindhudurg flood relief 2024
》Wayanad flood relief 2024.
We basically respond to flood relief through social media and anyone who feels they want to donate gladly do so.
What makes our small NGO successful in relief work is this :
☆ 1. Generous & loyal benefactors who know our style of working .
☆ 2. Ever ready volunteers as collection centre's.
☆ 3. A big logistics/ transportation/ packing team consisting of our staff and residents from our shelter homes.
In Short – ” RELIEF WORK = TEAM WORK “.
Nothing @ Street Providence across India is a one man show- it's TEAM WORK.

STREET PROVIDENCE MANIPUR PROVIDES DRY RATION TO TWO SCHOOLS IN THE VIOLENCE AFFECTED AREAS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 24

14.9.24. 8pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE MANIPUR provides dry ration to two schools in the violence affected areas for the month of August 24.
☆ 1. St Joseph school is in Singat , Churachandpur and it's the 3rd straight month we have given dry ration to this school which is having 75 children who just can't go back Home as they have no homes as they are displaced.
For the 3rd straight month our benefactor
Mr Brian has paid for the entire 3rd consignment of dry ration just like he paid for June & July 24.
☆ 2. And for the 2nd straight month, a leading goan restaurant owner paid for the entire 2nd consignment at St Anthony’s Hostel, Machi
Tengnoupal District, Manipur, just like he paid for July 24 .
This school has about 30 -35 children who reside full time in the school as they are also unable to go to their homes as they just have no homes.
As I write this post ” TOMATOES cost is
Rs 120 kg in many parts of Manipur “.
I was shocked to hear the different vegetable prices today across different areas of Manipur and it's not only vegetables, it's even rise in basic grocery items.
Whenever there is disturbance, floods , drought , natural calamities, violence etc the 1st thing is
” Food prices just rise “.
In a state where there is unrest last 16 months food costs are bound to rise and with an economy going thru difficult times the poorest of the poor and children are the most affected.
Last few days the disturbances has increased and many schools are closed which again results in prices rising as transportation will be hit and fuel supplies will be slow.
We are continously trying to do the little we can in different parts of Manipur where our volunteers see the poor and the needy.
Just like these two goan benefactors generously volunteered to foot the dry ration bills for a fixed period of time for these poor displaced children in two schools, you too can join in as there are many such boarding schools which are in need of dry ration for the children.
Non of the boarding schools are paid any fees as there is no economy and on humanitarian grounds these children are provided free education, free boarding and free accommodation .
But some one has to foot the bills as nothing comes free in this world.
That's why we as an NGO are doing the little we can, last 16 months+  through our many projects across Manipur with the support and in
Co ordination with The Archdiocese of Inphal.
We request you to join us through your donations as we show our support to children who are displaced and need to get education as well as other facilities with primary focus being on nutrition.

THIS POST IS OF A POOR GOAN HOMELESS LADY SLEEPING ON THE MAIN STREET OF MAPUSA LAST 3 -4 MONTHS IN THE RAIN

13.9.24. 6pm IST
I am frustrated, disappointed and fed up of the lethargy of The Government of Goa towards homeless goans on the streets and in particular ladies on the streets, but an all ladies Government dept ie WOMEN & CHILD DEPARTMENT is in hibernation mode.
This post is of a poor goan homeless lady sleeping on the MAIN street of Mapusa last 3 -4 months in the rain, dust , heat , mess and no one took note of her and got her off the streets ie at the turning of HANUMAN NATYAGRAHA Mapusa just next to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Statue.
MLA , Councillors , Police , 112 , 181 , social activists, general public and me also , all sleeping
Dr Susheel Neogi sent me her pictures on the 11th Sept but being the 5th day of immersions we took her off the streets yesterday ie 12th Sept after he requested to get the lady off the streets as it to painful to see such a goan lady living in horrible & pathetic inhumane condition.
Activist Mrs Ashiwarya Salgaonkar just two days before told me there was a lady on the streets but did not send me pictures.
WOMEN & CHILD DEPARTMENT is not bothered about such ladies on the streets even though most of the employees are WOMEN.
Let me explain the system which has many flaws and my frustration.
☆ 1.There is a 181 helpline no run by WCD which works at times or always busy.

If you complain, and the call goes through,  they will direct you to PINK FORCE lady police.

☆ 2. By the way PINK FORCE police came yesterday but could not do much.
Okay
PINK FORCE police will pick her and may be
◇ a. Admitt her into HOSPITAL or
◇ b. Admitt her to ONE STOP CENTRE which is run by WCD funded by CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.
She may stay in a hospital or run away and get back to the same place.
☆ 3. Now ONE STOP Centre is only for keeping a lady for 5 -7 days.
If PINK FORCE has to admit into IPHB , they require a MAGISTRATE ORDER which is 12 hours process as there are 4 different paperwork to complete.
Let's say PINK FORCE got the MAGISTRATE Order & put this lady into IPHB then what?
This is the FRUSTRATION .
IPHB will treat max 7 to 15 days and stabilise, try to discharge, then call PINK FORCE saying patient is to be discharged.
Now PINK FORCE of Goa Police runs no shelter homes in Goa neither has THE GOVERNMENT OF GOA notified any shelter homes in the Gazette to the Goa Police to admitt such homeless people once discharged from Hospitals, as they need care and recovery place.
So max Police will go to IPHB & discharge and if they get a home to admitt they will admitt but till date I am sure it's just not happening.
Let's say IPHB does not discharge such patients brought through the Goa Police with the Magistrate Order who are homeless, as they have no place to go then IPHB beds will be occupied and new admissions will not happen.
That's why in IPHB which is a 190 bed institute as on 18.7.24 , there were 64 patients housed permanently or on a long term basis making new admissions and deserving patients not get treatment.
I am not saying this without proof.
This link is the proof which was discussed in the just concluded Goa assembly and I did not hear the minister denying that 64 beds are occupied as the Government has no homes to put them .
So the homeless person is set free and goes back to the same place and the same routine continues.
Now if PINK FORCE takes to ONE STOP CENTRE they can't admitt as this lady is psychiatric so again where to put such ladies ?
Let say ONE STOP CENTRE admitts a homeless lady thru the police, the stay is only 5 to 7 days after that start walking to no where.
Yesterday INSPECTOR @ Goa Police, Mapusa police station, Mr Nikhil was kind enough to respond to our request to get this lady of the streets & sent his staff.
He too admitted and many police personnel from Mapusa police station admitted that the saw and are seeing the lady for months yet they did nothing.
It took about 2 full hours to organise man power.
There is no HOMELESS POLICY in GOA by the government and that's why one finds dead bodies on beaches, headless bodies floating, unknown dead on the streets, murders on the streets, etc.
The most disappointing part is the minister of  WCD & HEALTH is one and the same minister & the Secretary for WCD & HEALTH is the same IAS officer but still the poor homeless psychiatric people especially ladies and that too goans are living and dying on the streets and everybody eyes are closed.
Hon PM keeps announcing many Welfare schemes for the poor & marginalized but in GOA its not visible in the SECTOR of homeless street people especially goan ladies suffering from mental disabilities.
Such a small state and it could be a model to have absolutely no beggars, no vagabonds , no homeless with mental disabilities on the streets.
I wonder how do the :
▪︎WCD MINISTER
▪︎WCD SECRETARY
▪︎WCD Deputy Director
▪︎WCD staff which is majority women, sleep at night when it's their job ( by taking government salary) to see that there should be no women on the streets sufferings from mental disabilities & are homeless.
Without Government funding which is always promised and not released its next to impossible to daily respond to requests from all over Goa to pick and rehabilitate homeless especially goan woman.
We are unsure to continue these shelter homes for men & women as :
》1. Our grants for 24-25 are not yet released when we are already in Sept 24 and Hon CM had assured me on 30.7.24 all our money for 24-25 would be cleared by 15.8.24 , which even the WCD Secretary confirmed.
》2. expenses are hitting the roof , donations are not what it was earlier as everyone is feeling the price rising and every time no one is going to give donations
》3. Too many requests and it's next to impossible to please everyone because no government minister, beaurecrat or staff want that NGOs should get grants for the homeless.
We are hitting the streets very soon to highlight the delay of grants as promised and sanctioned but not released.
This lady who we picked up is suffering SEVERE  SCHIZOPHRENIA and will also be suffering from either TB or may be Pancratic health issues.
It's not easy caring for patients with mental disabilities coupled with TB.

STREET PROVIDENCE “HEALTH CARE SUPPORT BANK ” DISTRIBUTED FREE 683 PKTS DIAPERS ( 10 pcs/pkt ) TO POOR PATIENTS IN GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS

2.9.2024. 7pm IST
STREET PROVIDENCE “HEALTH CARE SUPPORT BANK ” distrubuted free 683 pkts diapers ( 10 pcs/pkt )
in the last 5 months ie April 24 –  Aug 24 to poor patients in Government hospitals under our DIAPER BANK.
PROVIDING CARE : SUPPORT THE VULNERABLE thru these free diapers daily last 5 months.
Our volunteers are daily in hospitals meeting the poorest of the poor patients and
evaluating who is the most needy on that day.
Morning time the interaction starts where details of the patient are listed Down and by afternoon time the diapers are given to those patients who have been identified for the day .
August 2024, one benefactor, Mrs Claire donated Rs 30000 worth of diapers.
Quite a few benefactors have been monthly donating 10 pkts diapers to our DIAPER Bank.
Rest, we buy diapers every month.
Sometimes these poor goan patients in hospitals are given medicines which we purchase in the pharmacies as they are too poor to afford medication .
Lots of poor ethnic goans in utter poverty and no one to help them in Government hospitals.
We can do much more than what we are doing but we require resources to reach out to many many poor ethnic goans as well as the homeless in government hospitals in Goa.
For those experiencing good health please THANK GOD & join our DIAPER BANK as a benefactor.
Remember the little you do to the poor will always come back to you through spiritual blessings & today to enjoy good health is a blessing from GOD, ( it's like a luxury ).
Too much stress, too much pressure, too much expectations from life , too much fast food & cheap alcohol, tobacco , drugs , fast money , property dealing etc  are some of the causes of people falling sick to many sickness either mental disabilities or just other life threatening sickness.
The worst are the poor and the uneducated who suffer.
Street Providence runs many projects in Goa like
* shelter homes for the homeless ,
* rehabilitation homes for those with disabilities,
* food banks to feed the homeless
* health care bank
* diapers bank
* clothes bank
” There is no greater things you can do With your life and your work than follow your- Passion, In a way that serves the World and you “.
If you are having all the resources and luxuries in this world and yet unhappy or feeling down in life then it's time it be a volunteer and benefactor to our Diapers Bank as you will see poor goan people suffering, yet happy or content with the little they have.
Together we can bring a little change in the life of many poor ethinc goans suffering from poverty & sickness due to various factors.

FOOD BANK SANGOLDA GOA , COLLECTS 28 TONNES OF GOOD COOKED EXCESS FACTORY FOOD, IN THE LAST 5 MONTHS FROM JUST 9 FACTORIES , @ VERNA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.

31.8.24. 7pm IST
FOOD BANK SANGOLDA GOA , collects 28 tonnes ( 28000 kgs ) of good Cooked excess factory food, in the last 5 months from just 9 factories , @ Verna Industrial Estate.
We are ” Turning Surplus into Support for those in need “.
These 28 tonnes of food, fed 84000 meals in the last 5 months ( 1 kg = 3 meals ) .
These 28 tonnes of food if not collected by our food bank , would havd reached the wet treatment plant & thrown out as waste.
Most of these 9 factories feel proud & happy that their factory contributed towards :
▪︎Feeding the hungry,
▪︎Reducing wet waste ,
▪︎Saving the environment &
▪︎We get a financial charge every month towards the cost of picking up this food which goes towards running our shelter homes for the homeless & goans with disabilites.
Running food bank is very very complicated & requires accurate time management as the food has to be moved to the poor & needy ASAP.
If we are able to feed hundreds of meals daily & thousands of meals every month then the credit goes to :
☆ 1. Secretary, Factories & Boilers, Mr Sanjit Rodrigues IAS ,
☆ 2. Chief Inspector of Factories and Boilers, Mr Anant Pangam,
( Both of these fine officers understood my idea & got 9 big factories to support this idea.)
☆ 3. The company which provided us the refrigerated truck under CSR which enables us to pick & hold 300 kgs food per time ,
☆ 4. Our food feeder at Vasco , Mr Hassan Khan,
☆ 5. Our various staff who daily pick this food from nine factories 6 days a week 2.30 to 4.30 pm.
But these 28000 kgs has to come from a source and these are the companies which donate their extra canteen food daily :
◇ Commscope
◇ Micro Labs
◇ IFB
◇ Siemens
◇ Marksons
◇ Cipla
◇ Teva
◇ Lupin
◇ Sanofi.
If these companies refused to support the idea of donating their extra canteen food to the food bank as well as reimbursing the costs every month, then these 28000 kgs would have reached the bins and turned to waste.
We also collect food daily in these Industrial Estates :
》San Jose the Areal : 1 company
》Kundanim : 1 company
》Corlim : 2 companies.
Per month all our factory food collection is about 7000 to 8000 kgs but Verna Industrial Estate is the biggest contributing sector to our food bank.
All services has a cost and some one has to bear the costs otherwise it reaches the bins and that's how our waste treatment plants are going out of control.
We feel satisfied that many many poor families are benefitting from this extra food daily across pockets in Goa.

ETHNIC POOR GOAN FAMILY FROM BORIM SHIRODA AREA WHOSE MUD HOUSE NEEDS URGENT REPAIRS AND WE HAS STARTED TO REPAIR THE HOUSE IN PARTS.

29.8.24. 7pm IST
This post is about an ethnic poor goan family from Borim Shiroda area whose mud house needs urgent repairs and we @ Street Providence Goa has started to repair the house in parts.
STREET PROVIDENCE PRIMARY FOCUS IS  :
☆ 1. running shelter Homes for the homeless and those with mental disabilities &
☆ 2. running food banks to collect extra cooked food daily and feeding the hungry.
But when we are approached and when we investigate we feel that Yes ” we should help such poor goans on project to project basis ” and that why we are trying to help in repairing such homes of poor ethnic goans.
Well Devidas Chari family is consisting of his bed ridden stroke elderly mother who we have provided one fowler bed as she was sleeping on a mud floor totally not in a way one would expect
Devidas has a wife and two little children.
Due to poverty and other socio issues their life is a struggle and it's all in the link along with this post.
Devidas wife's elderly father is a a dialysis patient and the wife 3 times a week takes her elderly father to GMC for dialysis while devidas does some odd job as he has to keep an eye on his bed ridden mother and his two small children.
Imagine the stress & disappointment.
And for those including ME, who grumble how life is , this family struggle will serve as a reminder that you and me are much much better off than Devidas and his family.
Well last week we repaired their roof of their kitchen and put up a metal roof which costed us close to Rs 1 lac.
Now we have to repair the walls of the kitchen which has fallen down as well as cement the walls of the entire back side including the kitchen which is quoted at Rs 1.40 lacs with labour & material.
Later on a small washroom cum bathroom needs to be provided as they are currently having bath in the open at the back and this is quoted at rs 1.2 lacs.
Remember there are all females/ ladies on this home and a washroom cum bathroom attached to the home is a safety for all.
Total cost for both theses jobs is rs 2.6 lacs.
Usually when such mud houses collapses most of the news channels sensationalize the tragedy & so many comments suggestions views that at times I wonder ” why wait to highlight a fallen house? Why did these news channels not try to get the house repaired before falling down? “.
At times we don't even get any media coverage for the work we do as media at times only wants to highlight sensational news to get the audience.
But that does not stop us from doing the little we can to bring a roof over a head of an ethnic goan poor family.
If you can support us through your donations we will be able to complete both the above jobs of this family.
The donation is strictly through NEFT / CHEQUE only.

MAINA- CURTORIM POLICE STATION @ GOA POLICE GET OFF THE STREETS, TWO ELDERLY BEGGARS IN PATHETIC CONDITIONS AND LODGES THEM IN OUR SHELTER HOME

23.8.24. 2pm IST
Maina- Curtorim police station @ Goa Police get off the streets, two elderly beggars in pathetic conditions on 21.8.24 and lodges them in our shelter home.
☆ One is a Goan Mr Christopher who was spotted late night 1am at PHC Curtorim by the police.
Claims to be from Varca/ Carmona and when the police went to his home,  found that he is staying alone & the house was not in proper condition for him to live.
☆ The other is a non goan who was spotted at Rachol Seminary,  Mr Das who was admitted at 10pm.
We appreciate LPSI Miss Veronica for rescuing these 2 elderly men late night.
But I am still at loss to understand why the Goa Government is not starting a beggars home or why is our HOME not notified as a beggars home
Every police station calls us to admitt and we just cant say no as these are old and sick people on the streets .
But caring for them is not easy as they come with a lot of sickness and mental imbalance.
Running around with these beggars for treatment is not cheap as it requires alot of hospital trips, tests , medication & follow ups.
Too many calls of late and I tell the caller pls approach the local police station.
We just can't pick anyone directly as there has to be some paper trail.
All the major cities in Goa are having a sizeable no of beggars and vagabonds and it's just increasing year after year.
Also crime on the streets increase due to beggars as well as murders and deaths have increased due to no clear policy of the Government towards Beggars & the homeless.
We ask the Hon CM as well as The Social Welfare Minister to put a policy in place towards beggars and homeless in Goa and see that our grants are given well in advance to run such homes for the homeless.

A POOR GOAN FAMILY LIVES IN THIS MUD HOUSE WHICH IS ON THE VERGE OF COLLAPSE, @ BORIM SHIRODA GOA.

21.8.24. 6pm IST
A poor goan family lives in this mud house which is on the verge of collapse,  propped up everywhere by props , which that too is giving way @ Borim Shiroda Goa.
The below link will show you the actual house condition.
The floor of this house is of mud.
An elderly mother totally undernourished sleeps on a old mat on this mud floor.
Leaking roof and peeling off walls in the entire house.
And this is what we saw about 10 days back ie
Arturo Dsouza, Anna Gracias and myself .
So we decided to do something for this family.
On 15th August 2024 we gave a semi new fowler bed so that the elderly lady could sleep on a bed with a rexin mattress and it's easy to clean it as she is bed ridden / paralyzed/ disabilities.
This link is on 15th August when we gave the fowler bed.
Quickly we took a quotation to repair the worst affected part of the house ie the kitchen & the back side as it's nearly collapsed with huge holes in the walls.
Due to rains and the topography it took us a few days to organise the material as well as the labour.
Yesterday we paid for the material, etc only for the back side of this house which includes the kitchen.
We expect to complete this roof work in 3 days and counting.
After that they require a small bathing room & washroom attached to their home.
That too we will provide.
The entire home requires floor tiles .
The middle room needs the roof to be redone.
The front balcony is on a metal prop which is also rusted & falling down as the white ants have eaten up the wooden rafters and ribs.
We will be undertaking the repairs, little by little in parts but also on how we receive donations for this house.
It's too sad to see such pathetic living conditions of this family.
We are appealing to support us as we undertake to do up their house stage by stage.

A GROUP OF SENIOR CITIZENS UNDER THE BANNER OF CARMEL FOOD BANK GETS TOGETHER AND CONTRIBUTES QUIETLY TOWARDS RECONSTRUCTION OF A PART OF A HOME WHICH COLLAPSED

20.8.24. 7pm IST
A group of senior citizens from Margao Goa under the banner of Carmel Food Bank gets together and contributes quietly towards reconstruction of a part of a home which collapsed due to July 24 heavy rains across Goa.
Sounds bit difficult to digest.
Well Street Providence has numerous volunteers across Goa working individually by themselves as groups, focusing primarily on feeding the poor.
Carmel Food Bank was the 1st such group of volunteers to have joined me way back in
Dec 2017 and till date they have been / undertaking many many projects.
Mind you most / all of them are senior & super senior citizens but they have the compassion & determination to go beyond their age factor.
Mid June 24 / early July 24 , heavy rainfall in Goa caused alot of mud houses to collapse and I suggested to them ” why not undertake to repair one house as Carmel Food Bank? “.
One senior citizen in Madel Margao , Cynthia Pereira had one part of her house fall down as it was of mud.
And Cynthia is partially suffering from disabilities.
Carmel Food Bank volunteers agreed to fund the repairs of this house and accordingly the work started.
Today finally as seen in the link , the broken down part is fully repaired and the majority work is complete.
No big show , no publicity , nothing.
All contributed to their little they could but the objective was achieved.
Mostly we put our energy in criticizing the authorities, the politicians, the system when we find such suffering & hardships faced by poor people.
We expect that the authorities should have done more & done it more quickly.
But if we just stop and read the situation and decide to help rather wait for the authorities then you will reach this wonderful satisfaction
” WE PLAYED OUR LITTLE PART AS A TEAM “.
Such moments are priceless.
Let's take an example from these senior citizens and work towards providing some relief to our own goans in one's own backyard who might just be waiting for help.
So many poor people approach our NGO & we too keep our eyes and ears open finding poor goan families in need of a helping hand.
You can always approach us if you and your group would like to play such small cheeerful part in the lives of poor goan families struggling for various economic reasons.
We help you with a ready platform if wish to bring a change in the life of the poor & needy.
♡♡♡ We thank The Local MLA of Fatorda & the local councillor of Madel Ward for all the support given without obstructing this repairs of this house.
Also the entire Repair team headed by Press Reporter Savio Dias , Madel along with Mr Pio and the rest who worked quietly, systematically & efficiently, inspite of the rains and the weather being unfavorable in the month of July 24.
For any one incase I missed your name, I apologize.
But it was a great experience to see so many senior citizens of Margao working quietly under the directives of one person who undertook the responsibility of finishing reconstruction on a war footing.

INDIA CELEBRATED ITS INDEPENDENCE DAY AND WE TOO AT STREET PROVIDENCE CELEBRATED ACROSS DIFFERENT STATES IN DIFFERENT WAYS

16.8.24  5pm IST
India Celebrated its Independence day and we too at Street Providence Celebrated across different states in different ways as per the need of that state.
It's basically bringing a smile and cheer to those who are suffering from hunger, floods , conflict, poverty.
1. So we start from Goa where on 15.8.24 two our volunteers Arturo Dsouza & Anna Gracias spent half their holiday in Borim, Shiroda by presenting a FOWLER bed to an elderly goan widow totally malnourished who has been sleeping on a mud floor in a mud house in the entire monsoon that Goa has faced.
This lady house is on the verge of collapse and we are next week starting the work in part so that they can also stay in the house while the roof is repaired.
No negative comments please as The MLA of Mayem & The MLA of Shiroda have assured the family all support from the Government once they submitt their papers through the Panchayat.
2. Hon Governor of Goa flagged off our 1st relief truck to Calicut on 13.8.24 and the material was offloaded in the camp on 14.8.24.
Our team of Volunteers from Goa were physically present to hand over the material to the needy in the camps.
Mario Cordeiro from Saligao
Joseph Fernandes from Aldona
John Baptist from Fatorda
》3. In Manipur , we distributed Rs 3 lacs Worth of Tin sheets & Rs 2 lacs Worth of Dry ration to many families whose homes were destroyed by the hail storm mid June 24.
Although money was paid well in advance the tin sheets had to come fron Assam and we know Assam too had floods.
But we delivered on our promise to provide tin sheets to the badly affected families
4. In Jharkhand, we gave away note books to a school surrounding our shelter home Worth
Rs 25000.
These books were donated by a goan couple from Margao, Mrs C Mascarenhas & her husband specifically towards note books for children in Daltonganj.
5. Sindhudurg we could not make it due to other commitments but alot of toothpaste/ bath soaps, etc are being delivered in the coming week to 150 + families who have been affected by the floods on 7th to 9th July 24
The irony is, over 7 days I am bed bound with a severe cough and running nose making me lazy & sleepy.
Alot of staff and residents have this cold & cough.
The icing on the cake on Independence day :
My little son David just 9 years old took part in an all Goa archery competition on 15.8.24 and won the Gold in his category plus the highest archer Scorer trophy among all the other groups higher than his age.
The good you do to others come back to you and your family in leaps and bounds.
Keep doing good.
It's once again HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY.
